Our Classes

In this early morning, heated class participants will engage in a series of mindfully-sequenced movements linked to the breath, designed to increase strength, enhance flexibility and calm the mind. While not required, some yoga experience is beneficial. For warm classes, the room temperature will be up to 82 degrees and up to 95 degrees for hot classes.

Our gentle flow yoga class combines the fluidity of movement with a deliberate pace, allowing practitioners to connect breath with motion. Poses are transitioned slowly, emphasizing mindfulness and alignment throughout the practice. This approach to yoga fosters both physical strength and mental relaxation. This is an unheated offering, appropriate for beginners.

For yogis with some experience who crave additional support, this chair yoga class offers opportunities to  engage in gentle stretches and fluid movements, utilizing the chair for stability. This is not a seated chair yoga offering; participants should expect to stand for a large portion of class. Ideal for yogis with balance or mobility concerns, or those rehabilitating from some injuries.

Vin/Yin yoga blends the flowing sequences of vinyasa with the introspective qualities of yin yoga. Practitioners can expect a dynamic yet mindful practice that emphasizes both movement and stillness. Sequences may incorporate gentle flows to warm up the body before transitioning into longer-held yin-style poses. We offer heated and unheated options, appropriate for beginners.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues in the body. Poses are typically held for extended periods, often ranging from one to five minutes or more. This style of Yin yoga emphasizes relaxation and surrender, allowing practitioners to release tension and cultivate a sense of mindfulness. This is an unheated offering, appropriate for beginners.

Hot Power Yoga

Participants can expect a vigorous and intense practice conducted in a heated room, up to 95 degrees. Sequences are dynamic and physically challenging, incorporating strength-building poses and flowing movements. This style of Hot yoga aims to build endurance, stamina, and mental focus while promoting a deep release of tension. Some yoga experience is beneficial, bring a towel, water and expect to sweat!
